Alain Mayrand appointed to the Board of Directors of Novo Safety Groups

Alain Mayrand has deep expertise in business development and growth, and market positioning. Having previously served as a senior executive at AON, he is very familiar with Group Novo SST's sector.

Pierre-Paul Riopel appointed to the Board of Directors of Groupe Industries Fournier

Pierre-Paul Riopel combines skills in production, growth management, commercialization (product life cycle) and operational efficiency. He also has several years of governance experience.

Founded in 1960, Fournier Industries Group develops and markets mining, hydroelectric and heavy industry equipment and integrated solutions. In addition to equipment installation and maintenance, the company excels both for international expansion and for quality and excellence in its integrated design, manufacturing, installation and mechanical equipment maintenance services.

The Thetford Mines-based company employs nearly 400 across its various locations.

Jean Gaudreault appointed to the Board of Directors of Matériaux Spécialisés Louiseville inc.

Since 1996,Jean Gaudreault has been President of Garant GP, a leading Canadian manufacturer and marketer of non-power tools for gardening, snow removal, agriculture and construction. Garant is an employer of choice that values innovation. In addition to being an experienced entrepreneur, Jean Gaudreault brings with him extensive expertise in operational efficiency.

Founded in 2004, Matériaux Spécialisés Louiseville designs, manufactures and distributes fibreboard and related products for the construction industry. MSL's eco-friendly solutions, including roofing, soundproofing and insulation panels, are made from recycled materials using the most environmentally sound processes.

The company, based in Louiseville, employs 80 people at 2 locations.
