Denis Chamberland, FCPA, FCA, ICD.D has a long track record serving on advisory committees and corporate boards. His career achievements include founding the firm of Chamberland Hodge, which merged with RSM Richter, where he held positions as co-managing partner and business advisor. He was also Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Advisor at Ricardo Média Inc. for five years.

Annie Noël is well-known as a supply chain executive with more than fifteen years of experience in distribution, warehouse management, inventory management, transportation, customs, stock replenishment and customer service.

DMB Distribution alimentaire, affiliated with Distributions Marc Boivin, has been a leading Québec food distributor for 33 years. With extensive experience in the transportation of goods, the company leverages its two warehouses, located in Mascouche and Québec City, to make over 9,000 deliveries a week to supermarkets and large grocery stores across Québec, including regional food markets.
