Central Café - Coop de solidarité

The meeting place for all Rimouski, Central Café belongs to the Association des restaurateurs du Québec and is also a member of the Saveurs du Bas-Saint-Laurent, an organization whose mission is to promote products from the Lower St.Lawrence region. With 26 people involved in day-to-day operations, Central Café focuses on regional agri-food products in its dishes.
