Founded in 1978 by President Daniel Goyette, C.A.T. is a national and cross-border freight carrier. Its 300 trucks serve major cities in Canada, the United States and Mexico. Headquartered in Coteau-du-Lac, the company is a leader in green technologies with its large fleet of trucks running on compressed natural gas. Its C.A.T. Global logistic division employs over 40 freight management specialists in strategic centres throughout North America, and its Ohiop intermodal service centre coordinates full container loads between NAFTA markets. C.A.T. employs a total of 342 people in Québec and the United States.
