Pascale Lagacée appointed to the Board of Directors of Airex Énergie

Pascale Lagacé has held a variety of leadership positions over the course of her 20-year career in environment, marketing and market development for the manufacturing and natural resources sectors. She has a deep understanding of the issues surrounding green energy, sustainable finance and innovative product development. She also has years of experience in governance.

Founded in 2010, AIREX Energy specializes in the design and sale of equipment for the manufacture of biochar from forest biomass. The Becancour-based company employs nearly a dozen people.

 

Louis Gaudreau appointed to the Board of Directors of Tink Profitabilité Numérique

Louis Gaudreau is a strategic advisor and corporate director who has been active in the IT and telecommunications sector for more than 30 years. He served as vice-president of business solutions – health and president of Createch Group before being appointed vice-president of strategic planning and business development at Connexim, where he successfully oversaw more than 20 mergers and acquisitions before taking the helm as CEO. Today Mr. Gaudreau is an independent consultant working in the areas of strategic planning, business development and mergers and acquisitions. He sits on the boards of directors of several small and medium-sized businesses.

The company's technological roots, marketing skills and business acumen enable it to meet the transformation challenges that mid-size and large organizations face when they choose to adopt a customer-centric vision. The Montreal-based agency employs nearly 130 people.

Julie Benoit appointed to the Board of Directors of Tink Profitabilité Numérique

With more than 20 years of experience in e‑commerce and digital marketing, Julie Benoit recently became the general manager and chief operating officer at DuProprio. Previously, she was the general manager of e-commerce at Loto-Québec, where she led the online and offline digital transformation team. Other past positions include vice-president of digital experience at LG2 and vice-president of marketing and digital products at Stingray. Her current commitments also include acting as a mentor and speaker in the digital and marketing industries. Ms. Benoit serves on the board of directors at Groupe conseil NOVO SST.
