Guillaume Jacques appointed to the Board of Directors of Amisco's Industries Ltd

Guillaume Jacques has over 20 years’ experience in various human resources positions within the manufacturing, construction and services sectors.

Nicolas Gaudreau appointed to the Board of Directors of Amisco's Industries Ltd

Nicolas Gaudreau is a leading marketing manager of the digital age.  He is a member of several boards of directors, a mentor and a key player in the Canadian on-line media boom.

Nadia Martel appointed to the Board of Directors of FilSpec 

As lawyer and fiscalist, Nadia Martel has over 20 years’ experience as legal counsel and business consultant, for private and publicly traded companies.  She also has a vast knowledge of international markets in the manufacturing and technology sectors.

FilSpec is a world-leading spinner of technical, high performance yarns with manufacturing facilities in Canada and the United States of America. Filspec has been producing quality spun yarns since 1954 from natural, artificial, synthetic and aramid fibres for knitters, weavers and braiders in the glove, hosiery, performance, protective, military, industrial and medical markets.

 

Gilles Corriveau appointed to the Board of Directors of Voie Maltée Holding

Gilles Corriveau has vast experience in the agrifood processing, distribution, retailing and consumer goods sectors.

Founded in August 2017, Voie Maltée Holding is the latest from Groupe Voie Maltée, a group of five businesses producing craft beers available in both cans and kegs. With some twenty employees, Voie Maltée Holding also offers food services.
