Daniel Cadoret appointed to the Board of Directors of DBM Technologies 

Having been involved in over 200 transactions as a financial advisor, Daniel Cadoret is a well-known corporate finance specialist. Managing Partner at PWC for 18 years, he has also participated in several strategic planning and business strategy development processes for private companies and government agencies. Daniel currently serves on the boards of directors of SMEs and NPOs.

Founded in 1971, DBM Group (DBM Reflex and DBM Optix) provides solutions for the automotive lighting industry. DBM Reflex has become a well-known player in the automotive lighting industry by supplying optical mold inserts as well as high tech molds for optical components. DBM Optix concentrates on molded optical components for the automotive industry as well as for the broader LED-lighting industry. Both companies are founded on the principles of innovation, strong know-how and a dedicated, highly skilled workforce. They make innovation and service their priorities so they can support new and existing customers with innovative products in the market. The group employs nearly 325 employees at its various sites.

Sylvie Gervais appointed to the Board of Directors of DBM Technologies 

Sylvie Gervais has served as VP, Human Resources at several major financial groups. She has developed business expertise in the manufacturing, high-tech and service sectors and also has relevant experience in SME governance, having served on several boards of directors.

Nicolas Pedneault appointed to the Board of Directors of Amisco

As CEO of Congebec, Nicholas Pedneault is an accomplished entrepreneur, a coach with extensive knowledge in B2B, food logistics, and operations acquisition and management. He has gained strong experience by serving on the boards of directors of the École d’Entrepreneurship de Beauce and the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industrie de Québec.
