We are proud to announce the following appointments to the Board of directors of our partner companies.

Étienne Crevier appointed to the Board of Directors of Ananda Devices

Not only does Étienne Crevier have the experience of a president and CEO of companies operating in business strategy, commercialization, and U.S. and international operational expansion, but he also has a solid understanding of medical technologies. Prior to accepting the reins at Medfuture, he was the president of BiogeniQ, a genetic testing company that he founded and that went on to become a leader in the field, ultimately being acquired by Biron Health Group in 2013. As an expert in business strategy, financing plans and research and development, Mr. Crevier has a thorough understanding of financing rounds, having been through the process himself on several occasions. He is currently a board member at Mon relief and the Montreal Clinical Research Institute.

ANANDA (Advanced Nano Design Applications) is the result of an interdisciplinary collaboration between cell biologists, physicists and engineers from the Montreal Neurological Institute and the McGill Nanotools Microfab. Founded in 2015, Ananda designs and manufactures lab-on-a-chip microdevices for biological and laboratory essays. Its goal is to increase research capacity and competitiveness by developing and applying nano- and microtechnology platforms to improve biomedical research and diagnostics. Ananda devices enable up to 50% faster and more precise data analysis in neuroscience, cancer, immunological and stem cells research.

Nathalie Nadeau appointed to the Board of Directors of eSolutions groupe d’ameublement

Nathalie Nadeau's background combines expertise in mergers and acquisitions, finance, and operational management. She has a solid understanding of the industrial manufacturing sector, as well as relevant experience in SME governance.

Founded in 2021 and based in Sherbrooke, Canada, eSolutions Furniture Group is transforming the furniture industry with cutting-edge e-commerce solutions for customers and consumers. To date, the Group has five brands under its leadership: Bestar, Bush Furniture, Bush Business Furniture (BBF), kathy ireland® Home by Bush Furniture and Office by kathyireland®.

Christian Trudeau appointed to the Board of Directors of Oro Santé

As a CEO, entrepreneur in mergers and acquisitions and financing specialist, Christian Trudeau has extensive experience in the health technology sector, start-ups and SME governance.

ORO Health, which was founded in Montreal in 2020, is a leader in the creation of asynchronous telemedicine solutions for health professionals who wish to optimize patient access and care. Its founders Dr. Émilie Bourgeault and Dr. Marc-André Doré, who are both certified dermatologists, and business analyst Jean-Philippe Doré, have dedicated themselves to putting advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence at the service of Canadian medical clinics and patients.
