Jennifer Poiré appointed to the Board of Directors of LDV Consulting
Jennifer Poiré leads several corporations, including Castech, Castech-Plessitech Group, M.E.W., Metal Coleraine and Plessitech Express/SPP. Given her diversified career path, Ms. Poiré’s greatest contribution is her expertise in growth strategy implementation and business and organizational development. She has served on the board of directors of Récupération Frontenac for a number of years
Founded in 2009, LDV Consulting offers a wide range of engineering and consulting services across a variety of industries, such as energy (i.e., hydroelectric), transportation, industrial mechanics, mining and metals and other hi-tech sectors. The Chambly-based company has a headcount of over 40.
Sylvain Vincent appointed to the Board of Directors of Telecon
Sylvain Vincent gained more than 35 years of experience at EY, where he was Québec Managing Partner in addition to serving on the board of directors of the Canadian firm at the time of his retirement in 2016. Mr. Vincent worked with clients from across a range of industries, drawing on his extensive expertise in many fields, including financing, restructuring, infrastructure and mergers and acquisitions. He has served on numerous boards of directors and chaired the boards of several organizations.
Telecon operates primarily in the areas of telecommunications network installation, location and maintenance of public utility underground cables, copper and fibre optic cable maintenance, and engineering and advisory services for telecommunications network construction and maintenance.
Linda J. Isaacson appointed to the Board of Directors of Nexmoov Enterprise
Linda J. Isaacson has many years’ experience as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer, with expertise in real estate business intelligence and data analytics. She is deeply involved in various real estate industry groups and has served on numerous committees and boards of directors.
Founded in 2014 by a group of passionate urban planners, Nexmoov Enterprise provides real estate agencies with an innovative approach by mapping cities to optimize urban planning. The use of more than 500 databases built around lifestyle criteria defining the urban profile attracts more organic traffic for property sales. The Montréal company has about a dozen employees.
