With nearly 20 years of experience in market analysis and distribution strategy, Thierry Lachapelle oversees operations at two international manufacturing companies. Until March 2020, he was Senior Vice-President of AGF Access Group Inc., where his responsibilities chiefly included sales and marketing. 

Founded in 1960, Fournier Industries Group develops and markets equipment and integrated solutions for the fields of mining, hydroelectricity and heavy industry. Currently President of Industries Guimont Inc., Richard served as President of Ressorts Liberté from 1998 to 2019 and is now Chair of its Board of Directors. He also sat on the Board of the Spring Manufacturers Institute.
