Jean-François Couturier appointed to the Boad of Directors of Atis Group

Jean-François Couturier has nearly 30 years’ experience in senior executive positions, including, over the past 15 years, in the aluminum and glass industry as President of Unicel Architectural in addition to serving on its Board of Directors. Previously, he was the general partner of GTI Capital, President of Transcontinental Emedia and Vice-President of Bell Canada.

 

ATIS Group is one of Canada's largest manufacturers of doors and windows, with 8 manufacturing facilities, 19 stores and 1,400 employees, including 900 in Québec. The group manufactures, distributes and sells a complete range of energy-efficient doors, windows and products for the residential and commercial construction and renovation markets through its affiliates.

Isabelle Gauthier appointed to the Boad of Directors of PVP Group.

Isabelle Gauthier is a Bas-Saint-Laurent region entrepreneur with many years’ experience in governance, business development and regional economic development.

Founded in 1985, Groupe PVP’s core business is documentary, animated and fiction film production, complemented by expertise in digital media and information technology. The production company boasts a team of some sixty dedicated colleagues working in film, television and new media. Today, Groupe PVP has a firm foothold across Canada and internationally, thanks to its highly talented teams.

 

Serge Lavergne appointed to the Boad of Directors of Atis Group.

Serge Lavergne works in the field of business management, focusing mainly on value creation for shareholders and clients. He sits on numerous boards of directors, and is also very much involved in developing corporate growth plans. Serge Lavergne has gained international expertise in the field of construction engineering and marine transportation.
