Robert Héroux has extensive experience in marketing, business development, strategic management, innovation, sales, and human resources. For over 30 years at IBM, including 16 in international executive positions, he was recognized as an expert in organizational and human capital growth. 

With its team of about 10 employees in Québec City, LaserAX is a young company that develops and manufactures a specialized industrial use laser marking solution to enhance manufacturing productivity.

Michel Baril appointed to the Board of Directors of Tekalia Aéronautik

During his 25 years with Bombardier, Michel Baril held the positions of President of Bombardier Transport Canada and Executive Vice-President of Bombardier Aerospace. An aeronautics industry expert and an engineer by training, he also works in mergers and acquisitions, and business development and management.

Tekalia Aeronautik offers complete solutions for surface treatments that meet the high-quality standards the aeronautics industry demands. Established in 2003, the Montreal enterprise employs about 100 people.

A lawyer and tax specialist by training with more than 20 years' experience in international trade, legal affairs, negotiating strategic partnerships, risk management and governance in the manufacturing and technology industries, Nadia Martel has practised commercial, corporate and tax law in a number of firms. Subsequently, she held positions as a Vice President and a Chief Legal Officer with private and public companies.
