Dana Ades-Landy appointed to the Boad of Directors of Solutions Lexop

Dana Ades-Landy has been CEO of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada (Québec) since 2016. Ms. Ades-Landy has over 25 years of management experience in the banking industry. Currently, Ms. Ades-Landy serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee of First Lion Holdings, a holding company of BFL Canada Risk and Insurance. In addition, she is a member of the boards of directors of Alithya Group and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation.

With the digital platform it created in 2015, Lexop simplifies overdue invoice collection, offering companies in the public sector, telecommunications and financial industry an infallible, real-time digital solution for settling unpaid invoices.

This Montréal-based company has a headcount of about ten.

Pascale Roberge appointed to the Boad of Directors of In-RGY Consultation Globale inc.

With some twenty years’ experience in IT, Pascale Roberge has served in senior executive positions at BDC and the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal. In addition to her background in the area of innovation, she has acquired expertise in international market development. Pascale is also President of the INSEAD Alumni Association Montreal chapter.

Founded in 2008, IN-RGY Consulting is an international provider of organizational transformation, human capital management optimization and IT solution deployment services for human resources management operating out of Québec. IN-RGY is a partner and reseller of SAP ECC R/3, SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, Kronos Workforce Central and Dimension solutions.

The Montréal-based company with a headcount of over 120 has offices in Canada, the U.S. and Spain.

Pierre Laplante appointed to the Boad of Directors of Produits Versaprofiles

Pierre Laplante has nearly forty years experience in engineering and construction. During his career, he has held numerous senior executive and business development positions. A member of the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ), he is an accredited arbitrator and mediator, and is Chair of IMAQ’s construction industry roundtable. Pierre also serves on the Board of Directors of GM-GNL Inc.

Founded in 2011, Versaprofiles Products manufactures a variety of PVC and polyethylene pipes and tubing for the liquids, solids and gas transportation markets, geothermal and maple products industries, as well as specialized engineered custom shapes for a wide range of customers. With over 50 years of experience in thermoplastic extrusion, the company is currently the largest supplier of geothermal loops in Canada and for the natural gas distribution sector.

During peak periods, the company has a headcount of close to 140 at its two sites in Saint-Lazare-de-Bellechasse and Sainte-Claire.
