With Desjardins since 2008, Mario Tremblay supports investment managers as an expert in growth, acquisition and business transfer projects for which he proposes various financing solutions. He also serves in a strategic capacity by evaluating and authorizing investment decisions for Desjardins Capital's partner companies. In the various positions he has held in recent years, Mario has been involved in numerous equity and subordinated debt transactions in different areas throughout Eastern Québec. Mario served as Investment Advisor from 2008 to 2010, Investment Manager from 2011 to 2018 and then Associate Vice-President from 2019 to 2022.
