What would an entrepreneur say about you?

Entrepreneurs know that I want to give them the best possible service—fast.

What great business story inspires you?

The story of La Voie Maltée inspires me, because the management team started with only one microbrewery, brewing their own beer. Now they have five—three in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean and two in Quebec City. They have also diversified their operations: they now produce canned beer and sell it in many regions in Quebec. Now they’re looking at exporting some of their beers to Europe and Asia, competing with the major players who have a monopoly on the market.
